Yoga Nidra - Basics

Wish you could take the edge off after a long day?

And prioritize self-care, without spending Spa prices?

Hit reset once a day and feel like new — with the sleep of the Yogis.

Learn how to rest more efficiently and boost your productivity by practicing 20 min of Yoga Nidra, the Conscious Sleep.

Equivalent to 2 hrs of deep sleep in its ability to rejuvenate, Yoga Nidra systematically releases physical, mental, and emotional tensions you didn’t even know you had.

In this state of rest, it’s like sleeping and meditating, at the same time!

This training will give you a basic understanding and blissful experience of Conscious Sleep.

What you can expect from this 2.5-Hour Training

  • Gain a basic understanding of Yoga Nidra, including its very intentional sequence, and the role and benefits of each stage.

  • Experience a Live Yoga Nidra Practice via Zoom.

  • Discover the flow of ‘Pratyahara’ (withdrawing the mind from the senses) and why it enables deep rest while unlocking your unconscious mind.

  • Instead of ‘thinking positive’, explore the importance of impressing your deep mind using your personal Sankalpa (short resolve).

  • Take home an improved routine to replace your groggy post-work nap.

Big thanks for the great seminar, which gave me a wonderful introduction to Yoga Nidra. — Silke, Ethnologist

When you relax, you become natural.

This is for you if…

  • You wish you could take-the-edge-off after a long day (other than with your favorite vino or Netflix).

  • You are a busy mum, working professional, or a physical laborer who needs a quick reset during or after your workday.

  • You appreciate science-based systems that are highly effective.

  • You want to prioritize self-care without spending Spa prices.

  • You wish to manage or heal an imbalance, such as insomnia, digestive problems, anxiety, chronic fatigue, or more…

Comfortably lying on your back, let go on the deepest levels as you surrender your body and mind and move into a meditative state on the borderline between wakefulness and sleep.

What happens during Yoga Nidra?

During Yoga Nidra, also known as Conscious Sleep, we enjoy deep rest recharging every cell of our body. Lying on your back you move into a state of consciousness on the borderline between wakefulness and sleep. In this state you systematically dissolve physical, mental and emotional tensions. And not only that.

You gain access to your subconscious mind to boost creativity, dissolve deep-rooted impressions and plant a seed to transform your life from the inside-out. When practices regularly 20min of Yoga Nidra are equivalent to 2-3 hours of sleep. You feel refreshed and recharged.

Yoga Nidra will support you to

  1. Effectively unplug from busy Beta-wave thoughts.

  2. Systematically release physical, mental and emotional tensions.

  3. Clean and revitalise your nervous system.

  4. Gain energy equivalent to 2-3 hours of deep sleep.

  5. Balance your hormones.

  6. Boost creativity.

  7. Dissolve deep-rooted impressions.

  8. And plant a seed to transform your life from the inside-out.
